We take bookings directly. No platform in the middle, no inflated service fees, and a real person who knows the apartment you're staying in.

Where exactly are the apartments?
Two showcase residences are in central Manchester — around Deansgate and Spinningfields — and one is on the Salford Quays waterfront by MediaCity. Exact addresses and door codes are shared on confirmation. We also operate a growing set of apartments in other UK cities; ask us what's available.
What does “book direct” actually save me?
Booking platforms add a guest service fee, often 12–16%. Book with Ascend Residency and that disappears — you get the best available rate, and any longer-stay discount is applied directly.
What's the minimum stay?
Typically two nights for leisure bookings and seven nights for corporate and contractor stays, though this flexes by season and apartment. The live calendar shows the minimum for your dates.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a personal door code, available from 3pm. Earlier arrivals are usually fine if the apartment is free the night before — just ask. You'll have a direct number for your host throughout the stay.
Is it suitable for business travel?
Yes — every apartment has a proper workspace, fast Wi-Fi and separate bedrooms. For teams we offer consolidated invoicing, PO references and VAT receipts as standard. See Corporate & contractor stays.
What's your cancellation policy?
Flexible on most dates: a full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 5 days before. Longer corporate bookings have their own terms, agreed in writing before you pay.
